Privacy Policy


  1. Work Schedule:
    • Weekly working days are Monday to Saturday.
  2. Leave Policy:
    • Pre-planned Leave: Up to 2 days allowed.
    • Emergency Leave: 1 day allowed.
    • Uninformed Absence: Absence without advance notice will be marked as 2 days of leave.
  3. Leave Notification:
    • Leave must be applied for or information must be provided at least 2 days in advance via email, WhatsApp, or mobile app.
    • Phone calls to employees or management will not be considered.
    • Failure to notify as specified will result in negative marking.
  4. Task Completion and Deadlines:
    • Task deadlines are essential. Failure to complete tasks on time will result in negative marking.
    • Completing tasks before the deadline is considered positive marking.
  5. Daily Task Summary:
    • All employees and interns must update their daily task summary at checkout time.
    • Failure to provide a daily task summary will result in negative marking.
  6. Negative Marking:
    • Accumulating 15 negative marks within 3 months may result in termination of increment eligibility.
    • Employees with more than 5 negative marks will receive a warning.
  7. Check-In/Out Procedures:
    • Check-in, on-break, off-break, and check-out times must be entered in the mobile app.
    • Entries not made in the app will not be considered.
  8. Extra Work and Positive Marking:
    • Extra working hours is considered positive marking. Mention Extra working hours in our whatsapp group.
    • Extra working and completion of tasks before deadlines are considered positive marking.
  9. Positive Marking:
    • Positive marking contributes to increment eligibility.
  10. Notice period :
    • 1 month Please note that if the notice period is less than one month, you will not be eligible to receive an experience letter or certification Signature
